Professional and Confidential
Data Recovery

Bringing your data back to life.

Can't access your Hard Drive? Is your data not accessible? Has a partition disappeared? Has your motherboard died? We have several levels of Data Recovery available to get your life back.

Confidential

Maybe it is a habit I picked up while working for Hospitals in the USA where HIPAA is enforced. Or maybe it is because I would want to Kill someone that went through all my personal data... I think you understand what Confidentiality means here. We keep client data in encoded files locally. We do not use the cloud as they have almost all had some sort of data breach.

Data Insurance

We will hold onto your data for a minimum of 1 month so that you have time to go throught and notice if there is something important missing. Maybe you though a certain file was uploaded to your google drive or dropbox but it isn't there? If it was on your drive, we will have it for you.

No Data - No Fee*

Like all our services, in the unlikely event that your data is not recoverable, there is no charge for our data recovery attempt labor. If we need to purchase parts, we will tell you an upfront non-refundable fee.

iPhone Error 14 and Error 1110 Data Recovery

iPhones are venerable to a unique data corruption caused by your memory becoming too full. Normally how this presents is the following:
  • You will start to get alerts that your iPhone is running low on space.
  • Eventually, you may delete some apps, videos or photos and realize that the free space on your iPhone is not changing.
  • Your iPhone will start to act odd by freezing, not letting you open apps or even crash.
  • After this happens, if you turn your iPhone off, then on again - you will be stuck at the apple logo.
This problem has been plaguing many iPhone users and we can help you recover your data in most cases from iTunes error 1110 and iTunes error 14.

Data Migration

Do you have a MacBook or HDD laying around that wont turn on any more? Maybe you just bought another new MacBook? Would you like to have access to that Data or setup your new MacBook with that information? This is our most basic Data Recovery and is more a migration than technical Recovery. Most Data Recovery jobs we receive fall into this category and are straight forward jobs.

Failing HDD -
Software based recovery

Do you have a system that is having issues reading the HDD or USB drive? Is your MacBook stuck at the Apple Logo and wont load, or just has a flashing question mark on startup? These can be more serious problems that could be caused by corrupt sectors and internal portions of data failing. The HDD can not read if there is a 1 or 0 and loses its mind!
We find this kind of failure mostly with older HDDs and the job gets more complicated. Generally, recovery can be performed without opening the HDD, but occupies more than 32 hours of 1 computer copying your HDD and reconstructing it to a new drive so we can then recover the data using other software. Things get tricky here but we have had a 95% success rate so far!

HDD Physically Damaged or Failure

This is where things get Critical... You have 1 real chance to get the data off. Honestly, do your research and find the right technician to take care of this for you, or it is gone forever. If that is sending it internationally or bringing it to us, it is important to have it in the best hands. If you bring your damaged HDD to us, we will evaluate it before trying any recovery - and let you know honestly if we think you need to send it to someone like DriveSavers where recoveries normally cost $1500+.
We want the best for you and when you intrusted your lost data to us, we do everything we can to get your data back, even if that means pointing you in the right direction to a multi-million dollar facility that only does HDD Recovery. Naturally, this is our most expensive level of Data Recovery.

Broken Pen-Drive or Other?

These units are the most portable and most abused. Maybe you forgot your Pen-Drive in the USB slot of your computer and put it in your bag? Perhaps your CF card stopped working in the middle of a wedding photoshoot... Is your External HDD cable too loose and can't stay connected?
We can swap the NAND on your Pen-Drive to a good board, or implement other methods to repair your physically broken Pen-Drive, Unreadable Memory card, or External HDD. If your External HDD has fallen though, it would normally fall under the HDD Physically Damaged or Failure category. We can fill you in on all the details when you are here.
