How to send your device in for repair.

Fill out the form and tell us what you want us to fix!
2.
Create a shipping label through AEX or FedEx.
We do not recommend the use of Busses to ship your laptop. FedEx Express One Rate is the fastest, most reliable and cost effective way to send your device.
3.
Package your device and send it off!
Make sure your device is packaged well. We recommend at least 3 inches of bubble wrap around the device.
4.
Check your email for an invoice after a few days.
You will get updates as we enter them into our ticketing software. It usually will take 3-5 days for us to repair your device after arrival.

We offer competitive pricing and reliable service to other repair stores, service providers, schools and other large organizations who wish to outsource logic board repairs to us. Additional volume discounts available when 15 or more devices are sent for repair.
We fix things right and never cut corners in our repair process.
We often see boards that have been "fixed" by someone else, only to fail after a couple months of use. Often the cause of failure is corroded components that were left on the board during the original repair. When you send a board to us, we completely refurbish it and ensure that it will last well into the future.
Is there anything I need to know about before sending a MacBook?
Yes. No board only repairs. You need to send us the whole computer, and not just the board. Also, we have been getting a uptick of repair shops sending us boards that they have replaced 50 components on and then re-flowed the CPU.
There is a non-refundable $50 bench fee for any repairs made worse by a previous repair attempt.
We stand by our work. 6 Month limited warranty on all work we perform.
All MacBook logic board repairs carry a 6 month warranty. If something isn't right, we'll fix it, as long as you are within the warranty period and the failure was in our scope of work.
Just click start a new service ticket, include your info in the box with your machine and we'll handle the rest.
We don't need your customer's charger or anything else to work on your machine. Please don't send the machine in a box that you would like to receive back. We are unable to keep track of boxes sent with certain machines.
How long will you take to fix my board?
It depends. Usually 2-7 days as long as it is not messed with in any way before you send it to us. Prior repair attempts and ultrasonic cleaning reduce success rates and increase turnaround times.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE ANY LOOSE SCREWS, PAPERWORK, OR OTHER ITEMS WITH THE LAPTOP YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE BACK.
Many stores will send their customer info paperwork, or send a small bag of screws that get hidden in the box. Please do not include anything else other than the laptop when you send it in.
